About Us

We are a Manchester based Property Development company set up with the sole purpose to become provide the highest standards in property development and construction services throughout the UK.

Stone Knight Partnership is a Joint Venture Partnership between Beauchamp Knight Land & Property and Mediscan Diagnostics. As a wider property group, with the combined experience and track record between our stakeholder partners we have operated in the private sector for over 20 years.

As a direct result of our track record of successfully delivered projects to date within both our own portfolio and for our private clients, we are cultivating relationships within the public sector and offer our full circle turnkey and after care contractor services to our clients. We have built robust and reliable relationships with both our design teams, building trades and supply chain partners over the course of our operations.

Our service offerings cover all aspects of the development life cycle from land promotion to fully delivered hand over to client / owner occupiers.

Combining the knowledge and resources across the team, we have built protocols and procedures to overcome and combat challenges and have a repository of construction solutions across the team.

Our USP is flawless attention to detail, a micro-management structure throughout the organisation, an in-depth costing and programme methodology and dynamic communication with all clients and partners.

As a wider property group, we have undertaken numerous projects all of which have helped us to learn and grow as each project has presented unique challenges and learnings.
